François BROSSARD

Initially trained in English, German and Arabic, I have spent most of my career abroad, of which 9 years as a Cultural Officer for the Foreign Department. As Director of the Audiovisual Center of Royan for the Study of Languages (CAREL – France) from 2009 to 2013, I implemented training and certification products in French as a Foreign Language, English, Spanish and German for pupils, students, and professionals.
Back into cultural diplomacy in 2013, I ran the French Cultural Institute in Kuwait the following two years and managed France’s cooperation policies there. Since January 2016, I have been developing a new vision feeding on my extensive experience of intercultural intercourse. Today, I intend to deliver the benefits of my transcultural practice to learners and professionals in our collective endeavor for a responsible and fraternal world.
